In the month of June my friend Rebecca ran a weight loss competition. (Maybe she wanted some better looking friends?) Participants paid 5 dollars and whoever lost the largest percent of their body weight got the pot - $125. Aaron did a great job and lost 7.2% of his body weight - over 20 lbs. He came in second. So no money but a job well done.

I can't believe how many teeth Reuben has! Hudson doesn't have any or any signs of any coming soon.
We were just talking about using incentives like that for the hard stuff. Wow, that's an accomplishment.
