1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Wire whip all ingredients together but not too much
Preheat oven to 425
Put a 9x13 pan in hot oven, once warm drop in butter (enough that when melted it covers the bottom of the pan)
When butter is completely melted pour in egg mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. It will be poofy and lightly golden.

Hey Katie,
These are a Rufener Favorite. German Pancakes! I would recommend to anyone. We have them every Sunday. We call them "Dad Special"!
