It's decided: Norma and I will be attending the 2007 Ohio Pawpaw festival this weekend. We will be leaving Friday afternoon. We think we'll try to split the 6 hour trip halfway and are looking for a good place to spend the night. Anyone know a good stopping point for two husbandless ladies in the wilds of the West Virginia mountains? Or any other attractions that might be worth seeing along the way?
PS-You can see my new haircut in the picture. I think it looks okay, but sort of like a girl mullet which isn't cool. But Aaron says I'm the only one who thinks that. At least it's lighter.

Paw Paws, HO!
Well, it's not exactly on your way directly from Charlottesville to Athens, but the Younce Cabin is about 3 hours to get to and 4 hours from athens:

I believe Adam & Marie are there this weekend, and I say with some authority that you'd be totally welcome there.
Yes, I've confirmed that you would be, and also that A&M are headed out Friday evening there as well, that there will be stew for dinner, smores around the campfire, and pancakes in the morning for breakfast. If you stop by again on the way back, drop some pawpaws for me.
Marie can get you directions, or you can email me or my mom to get them. Or, if its too far out of the way, don't bother.

oh crud, map didn't work. Well, it's just outside Romney, WV if you want to do your own calculations.
Where did you find the Paw paws in C-ville? And no fair, because I can't really see your hair in the picture. Post more please.
