I have lost my appetite. I can barely stand to eat at all. Nothing sounds good. Nothing tastes good. Eating is a chore. Aaron says he's feeling the same way. It's really strange.
Earlier this week I went on an all day hike and when I got back I struggled to eat more than half a bowl of cereal. I am used to my appetite dipping as the weather warms up but it's still pretty cold. I can't figure it out. I'm guessing maybe we're fighting a low level stomach bug because Aaron and I usually love food. Any other ideas?

you're probably not eating enough ice cream.
That is strange... =)
We heard from a friend that zinc is essential for taste.
When it comes to most things people like doing, they have time to stop doing them. Playing Video games, watching movies, going hiking, road trips, etc... The problem is, when it comes to eating, there's no down time on eating, it's something which has to be done every day. And I as well as many others are the type of people who like having down time on hobbies or work or all sorts of things. So naturally we'd all have stages where we want down time from eating. It's something we love but yet we want time to wait it out so that some other time in the future would be just that much better. But we don't have that luxury. At least when it comes to sleep you can get a couple of days of little to no sleep to make the night you get a good night's sleep that much better.
I am always grateful when I lose my appetite. It's so unusual and usually only lasts for a little while...it seems like it would be handy to not have to take time to eat.
