I used to have some desire to learn to be crafty. But Etsy is destroying that. Here is a great example. I love this bag. Each of those numbers is quilted on, can you believe that? I think it is SO cool especially if I was in the school teacher, kid market as I know many of you are.
I also know if I tried to make it it would probably take me about 100 bucks and three years. Or I could just buy it for 35 bucks. Since I'm not in that particular market I won't be buying this bag but if you want to you can go here.
So is there any reason for me to try anymore?

You can't improve unless you keep practicing. Besides, I like hanging out with you in sewing group. :)
maybe not crafty stuff, but what about selling prints? I will if you will.
Really? I've been painting lots of birds lately and I've been thinking about offering them up.
